A web of darkness: a dead senator, strange runes, animal mutilations, a sacrifice, and judicial vengeance. The Doctor must discover how these pieces fit to unlock the secret of a horror that may be too late to stop.

While investigating a mysterious signal, the Doctor and Christine are trapped in the Canadian Arctic in 1848 with the crews of two ships stranded in the ice. The crew members are disappearing or dying one by one as the group are hunted by mysterious creatures across the barren land. Somehow the Doctor and Christine must save themselves and the crews but this is Sir John Franklin's expedition and history tells us there were no survivors.

History says there were only four murders, but there were more. Many more. Now, the Doctor must find Christine, lost in Whitechapel, before she becomes the next victim of Jack the Ripper.

Season 34

The world has ended, and in its place is an Earth flattened and broken, where time has been displaced and darkness perpetually blankets the sky. Horrors crawl through the streetsm and people hide in fear. At the Centre of the World, an ancient city is being reconstructed, and once complete, an unspeakable evil from outside of Time will have the means to bring to fruition its unholy plan to reshape the universe.
